All residents living at 3826 Stinson Blvd. Columbia Heights, MN 55421 will be required to carry rental insurance. Management furnishes NO insurance to protect you from legal liability or personal property loss for any reason.
To protect yourself from such losses, we require residents to maintain a renter’s insurance policy.
We ask you to provide a certificate or declaration page showing your insurance company, naming all tenants living in apartment, your current address, dates of policy coverage and listing 3826 Stinson, LLC as an “Interested Party”. The certificate or declaration page should also contain your policy limits of coverage with a minimum of $100,000 for general legal liability. The policy must have coverage for resident caused water damage and pet damage.
You can go to any insurance agency you’ve used but the policy must meet the following requirements:
Names of all adults living in the apartment
Current Address
Coverage dates of Policy
3826 Stinson, LLC must be listed as an “Interested Party”
Policy limits of coverage with a minimum of $100,000 for general liability
Coverage for resident caused water damage and pet damage
We ask all residents to provide a copy of your renter’s insurance declaration page or insurance certificate within 14 days of move in and receipt of key to the apartment.
